RECORD may be rented in a full venue buyout including 8,100 square feet of event space or split up as: RECORD North (4,400 sq ft. interior and 1400 sq ft. exterior bamboo garden) and RECORD South (3,700 sq ft. interior and 1,200 sq ft. courtyard). The square footage numbers do not include the restrooms and kitchen.
Rates for renting RECORD spaces on your particular date can be obtained from our sales team. Rates range from $1,750-$8,500 depending on half or full venue, day of the week and season.

RECORD will open for your event as early as 8 a.m. for a full-day rental. The rental time period includes your set-up, event and clean-up times. All event/entertainment must be cleaned up by 12 a.m. No items can remain overnight.
RECORD coordinators will be present upon arrival and during your setup and load out. There will be someone on call for any venue questions at all times. RECORD staff does not run content for programs, bus service or trash cleanup during the event.
It is recommended to have a designated planner to assign these duties for day of execution. RECORD staff is not responsible for moving furniture and/or conducting “room flips” during an event’s rental hours.
RECORD has (20) 72” round tables available at no additional cost and the RECORD team will pre-set these tables. RECORD also has 200 padded mesh-backed modern chairs available at no additional cost and the RECORD team will pre-set according to diagram. The RECORD team will also breakdown after the event concludes. Renters are welcome to rent your own tables and chairs and often this option allows for additional capacity. RECORD offers black floor-length linen for our 72” round tables at an additional $15 each. We do not carry staging or podium.
RECORD allows for an open catering policy for private events. If you hire a caterer, they must be licensed and insured to do business in the state of Arkansas. If your event is open to the public, your food must be provided by a caterer licensed and insured to do business in the state of Arkansas. RECORD does not provide smallware or server ware for catering.
RECORD does not allow clients to bring their own alcohol. The only exception is for non-profits to bring donated beer and wine only. Non-profit beer and wine are subject to a corkage fee of $15 per bottle and $1.75 per guest for beer. RECORD Bar Program information can be found on our website.
Clients have full use of our commercial prep kitchen. Amenities include a large ice machine, prep tables, cooler space, hot boxes, beverage makers and dish pit.
RECORD staff will set the room according to the agreed-upon floorplan and must be confirmed at least seven days in advance of the event date. Clients who desire other rentals or to remove approved pre-set furnishings are responsible for making these adjustments themselves. Clients are responsible for any desired room flip.
Hired entertainment is responsible for their own PA system. They are also required to adhere to city sound ordinances.
RECORD has a fully integrated AV system with projectors, screens and audio that is HDMI and AUX compatible. There are four wireless channels on site with handheld, lavaliere and wired microphones. Each room has its own mixer for volume and input control. RECORD has an on-site coordinator that is not responsible for running content or hookup. It is recommended that an experienced A/V professional or point of contact be assigned this duty in advance of the program date. RECORD offers a complimentary planning site appointment to meet with an A/V professional or point of contact to test run equipment prior to event date. There is power sourcing approximately every 6’-8’ throughout the venue space. Extension cords and converter cords are not provided.
In addition to on-street parking, there are several public lots and garages in the vicinity. The closest public parking is across the street and all downtown public parking is FREE

If you are an individual without event insurance, we suggest contacting your home owners insurance agent to inquire about “event insurance”. We can offer resources and companies that provide various options for you to obtain event insurance.
To hold a date for your event, RECORD must have a signed agreement as well as 50 percent room rental fee paid. Fifteen days prior to your event the remaining room rental fee plus service charges and taxes are due. In the event the facility is not left in the same or similar condition in which it was found or that repairs/excessive cleaning are needed, a fee will be applied to those costs. The client will be responsible for these additional charges.
Fifteen days prior to the event, the final guest count and bar payment must be made in full.
