Standards
To provide you and your guests with optimum service, we offer approximately (1) Bartender per every 75 guests for all Beer & Wine packages and (1) Bartender per every 50 guests for Beer, Wine & Spirits packages.
Bartending Staff: $25
(per hour of service to include 1 hour set up & 1 hour breakdown)
Pricing on Consumption/card bar
With our on consumption / card bar option, we will use a credit card on file to charge at the end of the event. Bartender fee will be added at $25 per bartender per hour. This includes setup, service, and breakdown.

*All beer and wine charges are subject to 9.5% Arkansas sales tax and all liquor charges are subject to 14% Arkansas sales tax.

FAQ
Q. Can you bring your own alcohol?
A. No, per our venue liquor license, we must provide and serve all alcoholic beverages.
Q. Can I bring my own non-alcoholic beverages?
A.Yes, you are welcome to bring any of your favorite non-alcoholic drinks!
Q. Can we have an open tab and pay at the end?
A.Yes, this would be our "on consumption" bar option and we can use the credit card on file to complete at the end. You must pay for the bartenders at $25 per hour of service.
Q. Are there any bartender fees with our hosted bar?
A. All of our hosted bar programs include our bartender setup, service and breakdown. There is no additional fee.
Q. Are cups and bar napkins included?
A. Yes, we include acrylic cups (9oz and 16oz sizes) and cocktail napkins with any bar program. You are welcome to bring your own custom cups or napkins if you like.
Q. Do you have glassware?
A. No we currently do not have any glassware; however if you choose to rent this, our staff will service the bar program utilizing this as well as rinse and re-rack it after the event.
