Record North

Our most versatile space, Record North is perfect for large gatherings. With a spacious interior—with the original arched wooden barrel ceiling—and sweeping bamboo terrace outside, this blank canvas can be transformed to whatever you can dream of.

Capacity: 100–600 guests

Footprint: 4,400 sq. feet interior, and 1,350 sq. feet exterior terrace

Record South

Record South is the ideal space for more intimate gatherings. Our outdoor courtyard features seasonal foliage, RECORD trademark neon signage, year round market lights and glass garage door create an inviting ambiance for your guests.  

Capacity: 50–400 guests

Footprint: 3,760 sq. feet interior, and 1,295 sq. feet exterior courtyard

Full Venue

Our full venue option is perfect for events that require a room flip or natural flow. We offer use of pre-function space for registration, mix and mingle or wedding ceremonies, followed by general session or reception. Our functional airwall provides a unique unveiling of your secondary space giving a moment of awe for your guests. Consistent features in both sides of our venue include polished concrete floors, industrial window elements and exposed brick making it a memorable venue.

Capacity: 400–1,000 guests

Footprint: 8,100 sq. feet interior, and 2,600 sq. feet exterior
